  • To achieve the best results, facial treatment preparation is essential. At least one week before, discontinue using alpha hydroxy acids (like glycolic or lactic acid), beta hydroxy acids (such as salicylic acid), benzoyl peroxide, and retinol. Do not shave, wax, or undergo hair removal on the day of treatment.

  • I will closely examine your skin and ask questions to determine what facial type is best. Be honest about how you take care of it at home. I am equipped with a range of products and instruments to suit different skin types, tones, ethnicities, and conditions. Let me know if you have allergies or are taking medications. Sharing this knowledge upfront will help me determine the most effective type of treatment for you.

  • Canceling or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  • Breakouts rarely occur unless your skin is congested with blackheads or whiteheads underneath your skin. If this is your situation, you may experience some breakouts, but be assured they won’t last long.

  • I recommend facials every 4-6 weeks unless we are treating a specific issue such as acne, then I recommend 2-3 weeks.

  • Hyper-pigmentation can occur after sun exposure, pregnancy, or taking birth control pills. Yes, there are many treatments available like peels and microdermabrasion along with home care programs that will help lighten your pigmentation.

  • I recommend being diligent with your home care program like cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing, and protecting. This will help your skin function properly and look its absolute best.

  • Some people see results immediately and your skin should feel different right away. If your skin has more advanced, long-term needs such as skin aging, acne, or hyper-pigmentation caused by hormonal fluctuation or sun damage, your results may not be immediately visible. However, skin health will continue to improve as you follow my advice and continue your home care regimen.

  • Plain and simple: healthy skin! I choose skin products that are designed to help keep skin at an optimal level of fitness, not just cover up with cosmetic results.

  • I always try to accommodate a group. Please try to schedule a group appointment at least 3 months in advance to ensure service time availability. The number of people I can accommodate is determined by the services they select.
